Gigi’s approach to managing the Cheese Board is simple: Create a friendly, comfortable place where people can visit and enjoy some of the area’s finest food while being served by some of the friendliest faces in town. Gigi and her staff share a passion for food and want to ensure that everything is perfect with every meal we serve. Making each day a special event in itself is a philosophy that has defined Gigi’s ten-plus years of food and beverage management experience. Gigi and her husband Jim enjoy traveling, raising their two sons and building friendships through their involvement in numerous activities throughout our community.
